Ron Perilstein has been an insurance professional since 1990 and founded The Arjay Group, Inc. in 1993. 

Ron is a member of the Board of Trustees of Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia's and a member of the Endowment Committee where he co-chairs the sub-committee on life insurance. He has presented on long-term care insurance strategies to national groups of insurance professionals and frequently writes articles about disability insurance for physicians' publications.

Ron places great importance on giving back to the community. He was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Federation Early Learning Services, an award-winning provider of early childhood education to over 800 children in the Philadelphia area. He was also Chairman of the Board of Overseers of Hillel at the University of Pennsylvania.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Abramson Senior Care where he serves on both the Personnel and Retirement Planning Committees.   He is a past officer of Har Zion Temple where he helped to manage an annual budget of $5 million and is currently a member of the investment committee that oversees the $10 million endowment. 

He was a long time member of the Golden Slipper Club and Charities which provides a summer camp experience in the Poconos for underprivileged children and he is a past recipient of the organization's highest honor, the Gold Medallion Award, which pays tribute to the outstanding community services of a member.

Ron is a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he majored in Entrepreneurial Management and was the kicker for the varsity football team.  A lifelong resident of the Philadelphia area, he and his wife, Jayne, have two children and six grandchildren.
